PANKOVSKI P.S.A.

Terms of Service

Terms governing the online game Mega League 1000 and electronically supplied services.Effective from 12 July 2026

1. Provider and contact

Mega League 1000 is provided and operated by PANKOVSKI P.S.A. Contact: wydawnictwopankovski@gmail.com.

These Terms are made available free of charge before account creation in a form that can be displayed, saved and reproduced.

2. Service

Mega League 1000 is an online football management game set in a fictional world. The service includes user accounts, clubs, simulated matches, a league, transfers, facilities, media, rankings and token features.

System-generated clubs and players are fictional. Users do not acquire rights to the technical infrastructure, source code or game world assets.

3. Technical requirements

The game requires an Internet-connected device, a current browser supporting JavaScript, cookies and secure HTTPS connections, and an active email address.

Users bear their own Internet access costs. Updates, maintenance and failures may temporarily limit availability.

4. Account and agreement

The service agreement is formed after valid registration and acceptance of these Terms. One person should use one account unless the Provider expressly allows otherwise.

Users must provide a valid email address, secure their credentials and not share accounts. Users should be at least 16 years old; minors may make purchases only with guardian consent.

5. Fair play

Illegal, abusive or rights-infringing content, impersonation, unauthorised automation, exploiting defects, interference with servers, account trading and bypassing safeguards are prohibited.

User-created names or content may be changed or removed if they breach law, these Terms or security rules. Serious or repeated breaches may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension or account termination.

6. Simulation and changes

Match results are calculated by the backend using game parameters and controlled randomness. The Provider may rebalance the economy, schedules and mechanics to support fair play, security and product development.

Technical errors may require correction of improperly awarded funds, tokens, results or account items. Material operations are recorded in system ledgers.

7. Tokens and payments

Tokens are virtual game items, not electronic money, a payment instrument or an investment. They cannot be redeemed for cash and may only be used within available game features.

A package's price, contents and availability are shown before purchase. Purchases are assigned to the account. Payment provider, invoice and consumer-right information will be shown during checkout as required by law.

Tokens cannot purchase wins or directly alter match outcomes. Refunds are handled under mandatory law and the conditions shown at purchase.

8. Complaints

Complaints about the game, account or payments may be sent to wydawnictwopankovski@gmail.com and should include the account email, issue description, event date and transaction identifier where available.

The Provider will respond without undue delay, normally within 14 days, using the account email or address supplied in the complaint.

9. Termination

Users may stop using the game and request account deletion at any time by contacting the Provider. Data required for legal, accounting or security purposes may be retained.

The Provider may discontinue the game after prior notice, subject to mandatory consumer rights and settlement of unused benefits where required by law.

10. Final provisions

Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law. Consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights.

Polish law applies. The Terms may change for important reasons such as changes in law, functionality, payments or security. Users will be informed of material changes before they take effect.
