2. Data we process
We may process email address, password hash, manager name, language, time zone, country and currency settings, club and gameplay activity, login and session history, IP address, device and browser information, consent records, correspondence, security logs, and transaction and payment data.
We do not store full card details when payment is handled by an external provider. The scope of payment data depends on the selected provider.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to create and operate accounts, provide gameplay, process payments and complaints because this is necessary to perform a contract or take pre-contractual steps.
We also process data to comply with tax, accounting and consumer obligations, and for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, technical statistics and service development based on legal obligations or legitimate interests.
Any future consent-based optional marketing will rely on separate, withdrawable consent.
4. Recipients
Data may be shared with hosting, database, email, monitoring, support, payment, accounting and legal service providers only as necessary for their tasks.
AI features may use configured providers. We minimise identifying data sent for a task. Public authorities may receive data where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we use GDPR-compliant mechanisms such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, as applicable.
6. Retention
Account data is retained for the agreement and then as needed for legal claims and statutory duties. Accounting and transaction records are retained for legally required periods, while security logs are retained for a period justified by service protection.
Data is then deleted or anonymised. Consent-based data is retained until withdrawal unless another legal basis applies.
7. User rights
Users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to legitimate-interest processing. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior processing.

8. Cookies and sessions
The game uses necessary cookies or similar mechanisms for sessions, security, language and theme settings. Login and core functions may not work without them.
If optional analytics or marketing tools requiring consent are introduced, users will be offered a choice before activation.
9. Automation and AI
The system automatically simulates matches, creates rankings, selects game content and detects certain abuse. These operations concern gameplay and generally do not produce legal or similarly significant effects for users.
AI describes verified game-world facts and may generate fictional portraits. AI does not decide match results.
10. Security and updates
We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to risk, including password hashing, access controls, event logging and backups. No system can guarantee zero risk.
This Policy may change with law, technology or game functions. The current effective date appears at the beginning.
